Since we offer exclusive, curated collections, we do not accept general returns or cancellations. However, we do offer exchanges under the following strict guidelines:

1. Damages or Wrong Product Received

Exchanges are only applicable if the product received is physically damaged during transit or if a completely wrong product is delivered.

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video: To claim an exchange for a damaged or wrong product, a continuous, unedited parcel opening video from start to finish is strictly mandatory. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed package being opened, and the damage clearly visible without any pauses or cuts.

2. Reporting Window

Any issues regarding damage or incorrect items must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

3. Conditions for Exchange

Once approved, the item must be returned to us in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged) with all original tags, folding, and packaging intact.

Slight color variations may occur due to digital photography, lighting conditions, or monitor settings. Exchanges will not be accepted for minor color variations or personal preference changes (e.g., "I didn't like the color/fabric").

4. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. If an exchange is approved and the exact same item is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit/Wallet Balance or allow you to choose an alternative product of equal value from our website.
